There is an article in this months' Diesel Power about all the diesel motors that will be used in the 1/2 ton trucks.

print or online? I looked at the site and am not really interested in a diesel Grand Cherokee...

I was at Barnes & Noble at lunch and read that article too. It said the Cat engine for the F-150 would be rated at 23 mpg city and 29 highway. That's as good as, if not better than my Ford 500 with the 3.0 L V-6.

Also, did you see the Toyota dually concept? That was a nice looking truck (for a Toyota), using a Hino (owned by Toyota) diesel and towing as much as a 450.
