as the economy recovers, prices will rise.

stupid thing is, it was high energy costs that tanked the economy in the first place.. people were so over extended, they couldn't afford the payments AND the fuel for their toys (and homes) so quit paying on the item but kept buying fuel for it..

diesel here...79.9 cents a liter=3.02 US gallon....

gas here...93.9 cents a liter=3.55 US gallon....


gas shot up 10 cents a liter last couple of days and hopefuuly diesel doesn`t....

Wonder if I get a 1000 gal tank and put some opti-lube in it will i come out ahead?. I'm in SC so winter/summer blend shouldn't a big deal. Only gets below 32 degrees a cple times a year it seems.

Here it has been 1.99 for diesel for about a month or more but reg went from 1.75 on Tues to 1.96.

Around the houston area I saw diesel for 1.93 and gas was 1.99. Bout time this happened again.
