I dont know if it is the best, but I use Standadyne (sp?)

I hear it helps lube it up, and it does help w/ the gelling for winter.

Check the Stanadyne out, it's the only OEM approved additive and that keeps the dealers happy. Plus they have 3 different levels/types of additives based on what you need and your climate in addittion to the winter only anti gel formula. If you have any questions just call.
