ATTN KROGER SHOPERS : Bushpilot guess what with that kroger card if you spend over a hundred dollors in grocery's a month you get ten cents off fuel per gal. I also found out with the diesel once they start the pump I can go to the 100.00 spending limit in one purchase of fuel. Yes I have beat the man at lest once. I won this battle but not the war on fuel prices......

around here it has been around 1.05 to 1.08 a liter, which translates into 4.80
to 4.90 a Cdn gallon and 4.00 to 4.05 US gallon....and i hear it will be going up higher do to someone getting assinated...don`t get me wrong, i do feel sad for this persons and family, but what does this have to do with our fuel prices.
pretty soon, they will using the weather as as excuse, wait they already do that.... ....when is it going to end...right now diesel is more then regular
unleaded gas.... ...what gives....

actually its a 7 cent discount....cause ANYONE w/ a frequent shopper
card gets a 3 cent discount.

and it depends on the kroger...some put a hard stop at 100 bucks
if im below 3/4 of a tank it takes more than 100 bucks to fill. If the
pump is set for a hard stop @ 100 bucks then it takes another swipe
of the card & you WONT get the extra 7 cents off on the 2nd go 'round !

to determine which kroger stores closest to you have a FUEL station
but it does not tell you specifically if they carry diesel (a phone
call would take care of that)

the closest krogers 2 me iz about 35 miles...dont think ill be savin anythin goin that far...lol !!!

We all are guilty of trying to save the 2 cents per gallon at the pump,,, but if we all just think about it, even if we go to a station that is 7 cents lower price, all we save is $2.66 even if our 38 gallon tank is bone dry. We spend that on a coke. So, if a station is three or four cents lower, but I do not like the station, I drive to one that I like. If I take a normal 200 mile trip, I use about 10 gallons of fuel, so at 3 cents difference, I would save 30 cents.
Not worth the effort.
