My delay wipers are doing funny thing, they will move about 3 inches and stop, move stop, move stop. They work fine on low and high speed but won't park.

I took the switch apart and cleaned, relube and no change, what now.

I just went through the same thing after my truck was involved in a wreck and it was driving me crazy. Finally, they quit working at all. A new wiper motor solved the problem. That may not be what you wanted to hear, but it may save you from chasing your tail like I did. I thought it was some sort of electrical issue with the delay/intermittent portion.

There is a "clocking mechanism" in the motor, it has a "home" position, if the contacts are worn or if the dielectric grease has gone this will cause the symptoms you describe. you can remove the wiper motor and pull this assembly apart, clean the contacts, and reapply grease.
