Delay from reverse to Drive

Anybody been experiencing this
twice last night it had a LONG delay going from reverse to drive, matter of fact the second time it engaged HARD because i had already pressed the "go" button. followed by a Chirp

kinda bothered me.

It was a pretty hard BUMP, acted lik ei had no fluid, then ran fine.

Robert I hate to say this but last time I experienced that problem it was tranny rebuild time, this was on my '95 with the E4OhDamn.

Now hopefully that's not it and servicing/flush/re-fill will fix it, clogged filter or something.

she has an appointment for next thursday to get a check up with Ford.
