My fuel gauge just decided to quit working. I just filled up, and the fuel gauge is still on E, and the electronic display thinks the tank is empty too. Is the fuel gauge mechanical in the tank, or is it now some sort of electronic wizardry? I would like to know before calling my dealer and getting the parts in.

Thanks

Try running some fuel system cleaner through the tank.
Chevron is what the dealer recomends to run through it.
That was the solution they came up with after they cleaned my tank when my gauge quit working
