Dead battery fix

We went to route 66 drag strip for the 4th annual NMRA street legal races. On the way back the other super duty in our groups batterys went dead 250 miles from home. We grabed our 1700 watt john deere generator and battery charger and with some wire and running the unit in the trucks box it kept the batterys up enough even with the lights on to make it home. The F-100 didn't make it through the second round on Sunday but was the 1380th vehicle to go down the track during the competion. It was a great 4 days in Illinios.
