....Day 17 I was able to drive to Branson Missouri, where we are now. I am 99% good, and the wife is about 85%. Luke is fine. ...

That's great to hear!!! :clap::clap:

Being sick away from home sucks something in a major way.

SUPER to hear from the Maxtor's. Glad yer back on track.

Just a short Chapter of the Great Adventure.. I hope.

Nice pics Max.. Are you finding RV parks less full than normal ? How 'bout the number of RV's on the road.

(Fuel price driven questions)

Thanks, yes the RV parks are almost empty. It is nice in a way, because we have the pick of the parks, but we like to visit, so we would like to have more people to enjoy. Those people who are here are all very nice and friendly. Fuel here is $4.29 but since we have the 74 gallon in bed tank, the last fillup was at $3.92 in Oklahoma. We do not see to many rvs on the road compared to last year. I think most people are staying home, or making short trips because of the prices.

Thanks everyone for the kind words.
Tonight we went into Branson and had a belated anniversory dinner (36th)at the Lone Star Steak House. All you can eat Baby Back Ribs, but of course, my stomache has shrunk, so I could not take full advantage of the meal, but it was very delicious. Both the wife and I brought food back to the RV, so Luke will eat good tonight. We are looking forward to going to some shows tomorrow. Just some are, Fabian, Bobby Vee, Platters, Jim Stafford, Mickey Dilley, Rankin brothers, Roy Rogers Jr.,etc. etc.
Thanks again everyone.

Maxtor and Family.
