Dash Question

Greetings

I know that I am posting this in the wrong spot, but couldn't find the forum for interior questions (just interior care). I just bought and 06 f250 crewcab king ranch with the powerstroke motor. There is a hook looking thing on the right hand part of the dash, just underneath the powerpoint. What in the world is it???????????????????????/
