I have a 2004 F-350 SD 6.0 lit. My battery light comes on on my dash board every once in a while. Is this a glow plug problem? or a battery related issue?Please help if u can. I love my Fords, since my 73 F250 camper special but I have never owned a diesel.

I don't think it is a glow plug issue. Check your batteries and your alternator first.

easiest: battery terminals for cleanliness ( no corrosion) and snug clampoing to post.

disconnect the batteries, check electrolyte levels and voltage in each cell

how old are the batteries?

mine did that.turned out to be alt. going bad

yeah.. when i would mash the gas pedal it would flicker on... was only matter of time before truck died.. alternator
that as 99 250 with 5.4... but prob same thing
