I've listened to KMOO a few times going through Mineola on my to Louisiana.
It's not a bad station.

I mostly listen to 105.3 LIVE RUSS MARTIN!

My kids (26 & 30) like Russ Martin. Especially my youngest one. He's a deputy and took one of the patrol cars to Russ's hero parade last fall. I saw some of the pictures he took. The sight of "tons" of police, fire, and other emergency vehicles all in a procession from Texas Stadium to American Airlines Center was an awesome sight.

Hey Robert;

Are we talking Old Good stuff, or Really Old Good stuff? I will be coming through your way on our trip East, and will need a good station. My wife will be going nuts about that time listening to my CD's of the really, really, Old Good stuff. I have four Patsy Cline CD's, and she starts going spacey after the third CD.

Now that I know all the country stations in the "South" here are some from "Southern Michigan". 99.5 WYCD modern county, 106.7 The Fox everything country, and 102.9 that I don't listen to much. The best rock station in the entire United Sates is 101.1 The WRIF :ZigBang: check it out at www.wrif.com

Are we talking Old Good stuff, or Really Old Good stuff? I will be coming through your way on our trip East, and will need a good station.

Maxtor, when you get in the Dallas-Ft. Worth area, there are several good country stations. 1190-AM and 95.3 (KHYI The Range) FM play the older stuff. 96.3 (KSCS) plays newer and some older stuff, 99.5 (The Wolf) plays mostly the new music, along with music from the '90s and some 70s and 80s. They'll throw in a Patsy Cline and Johnny Cash every so often, they play lots of George Strait and Willie Nelson (I listen to them most of the time). Here are some websites where you can listen to their music to decide which one you want to listen to: 1190 - http://www.cowboy1190.com/, 95.3 - http://www.khyi.com/, 96.3 - http://www.kscs.com/, 99.5 - http://www.995thewolf.com/. We just got a new Country station in the SF Bay area, 95.7 The Wolf. Country has been gone from the SF area for years and that is why I got Satellite Radio (XM).
