crash sensors?

I dont but you may have more issue than just the impact sensors.

the pretensioners could be your problem.

assuming your trying to replace parts after a crash...youll need a
code reader to pin-point which items need replacement.

not trying to replace anything in the system i just didnt want to trip it when pulling the front end off... but i figured with the batts disconected id be alright... thanks

yes, with BOTH batteries disconnected, you shouldn't have to worry. But, don't mess with em because if you screw one up and you hook the batteries up, it could set the bags off. Be careful. Good luck

crash sensor, ford put sensor in the cab.

Your crash senor is located on the floor just in front of the heat ducking with a black cover in front of it on top of trans-hump in your cab, You can take any thing of the truck, and you will be ok. if your working under the dash kill the power to the truck.

( this sensor is a spring loaded magnet on a rod, the magnet must move about .750 of an inch be for they will go off .)

thats all they use now. we no longer have to deal with sensors all over the place.
