Cold Weather Grill Cover

New here...

I am looking for something to cover my front grill so my truck will actually warm up.

Im afraid in the Alaska winters I will never see any heat if I don't.

Does anyone make something like plugs for the holes in the stock grill?

Not a big fan of sticking a piece of cardboard in front of the radiator.

to Super Duty Diesel, Spire. There are a few people who make grill covers to do what you want, but I don't know the names. Someone will chime in and give you a name or two.

Welcome spire. I have seen some pics on here of the cardboard version that is home made, but other than that, i cant help ya.

paint the cardboard BLACK...or silver...OR if youre worried about
it getting wet...go do a local car audio shop & buy a sheet of
heavy black plastic.

based on the recommendation of Crumm, I got one from Alaska Tent & Tarp. Its artic vinyl and snaps to the grill top.

I go with the DIY version. I cut segments of foam pipe insulation to fit into each grille hole. Total cost under $5.

have it ANTI-CHROME
