But..could it have been the new injector o-rings that were installed at the same time as the injectors...to include the oil o-rings as well as fuel rail o-rings.

it was 12 degrees yesterday and the truck wounld start. i think the bolck heater is bad. i put a torpedo heater under the truck for 45 mins and also put in diesel 911 and i got it running. i had had the truck plugged in and the block was still cold. i'm not sure how to test the cord nad then the blocker heater itself. any help?

the block heater can be tested by resistance across the coil of the heater, the most likely culprit for it not functioning is that the cord is bad.

Was the block heater plugged in all night or just for a short period of time?
