ok my question is - my truck ( in sig) has a hard time starting in the morning or anytime i let it sit for 10 plus hours, its not cold and i have to turn the key- cycle it twice to get it to start like normal and after that it starts just fine. i have changed the oil regularly and filters (oil and fuel) hmmmmm best idea i have is it sounds like its not getting fuel????

FICM could be your problem. There are way that you can check it, but I don't know how. Someone will tell us.

I have said this several times before this Bears, get it scanned. You don't have to go to a Ford dealer, just a GOOD auto shop. Ask if they can read CAN with their scanner, and if they can, get your truck scanned. Good Luck!

I have had my truck scanned many times, no codes, that's the weird part, sorry it took me so long to reply, my ip address from my laptop got banned from here ???? I have no clue why. As far as my truck goes I'm going to check the FICM tomorrow with my multi Meter I'll post my findings then :) thanks again everyone

You can read FICM voltage with AutoEnginuity. It's one of the parameters you can monitor. Can't remember exactly what it was called, been over a year since I checked one :D
