Clutch Bleeding

This is the way I do it: Disconnect the slave from the bellhousing. Disconnect the clutch master cylinder rod from the pedal linkage (seems like that may be stupid but it is not ... trust me). With the slave hanging from the line and everything going uphill, cycle the slave slowly by hand about ten times. Reconnect everything and you should be good to go. You can even remove everything as a unit and do it on the bench. I had 3 slaves fail due to cracks at the line boss, so I got pretty good at it. Cheers!

Ok,i put over 2 months of driving and an additional 100 as recommended earlier with no improvement. I'll try this next.

I replaced both master and slave cylinder and used this method to bleed and it worked perfectly. No air at all left in the system.
