Club Meet - January 21st - Garland/Road Trip @ 1PM

For the Month of January we have plans to start out the New Year working on the Rally.

To start off, what we would like to do this month is work on nailing down a location. For all the years that we have had the rally it has been located at Eisenhower State Park. Considering the logistics and restrictions that are imposed on us, and only getting worse with every year to pass, we feel it is in our best interest to find a new location.

So with that being said, we have a new location to purpose.

KOA Kamp Grounds, this location is near Dallas, about 40 mile East on I-30 between Rockwall and Greenville. If you have been to Red Line Raceway with the club in the past then you should know the location well. It is just one mile down the road from Red Line.

This is a suggestion, so before we make it official we would like for you, the members that attend the rally, to have input.

What we would like to do is meet in Garland off of I-30 around 1PM. We will then convoy over to the location. I have already been out there this week to meet with the owners and he will be able to give us a full tour and any information needed.


Here's the information for this months Meet:

When: Jan 21st @ 1PM
Where: Sonic @ Broadway and I-30 in Garland
What: From there we will leave probably around 2PM to head to the park.

We have to confirm the date but it should be posted in the next few weeks with all the details of the rally.
