clogged fuel system

well my truck is progressivly running worse and worse all the time, i thought it was injecters, witch im still gona buy, but it only has 70,000 mi and i just think its something els, fuel pump, or something, if i have my boxt on level 3 and im tunner one one, if i have the throttle mached and turn the tuner up, i can watch the smoke get lesser and lesses, and around 1500 it hase a weird sergging motion, any ideas?

Maybe put a vacuum gauge between the fuel tank and fuel pump to see if there is a restriction in the tank screens?
