Does anyone have any experience/opinions with the 6 position chip from Elite Diesel? Is the tuner better even though it only holds 3 programs vs. the 6 on the chip?

A chip will be better than a programmer unless you don't need shift on the fly and get a custom tuned SCT Xcal2 from DP Tuner.

Thanks for the welcome and the info.
I had an off-brand chip on the truck when I bought it but I removed it because the EGT's went through the roof
and it poured black smoke (not that there's anything wrong with that every now and then ). I'm not dis-satisfied with the Bully Dog Programmer just think that there is a better set-up out there.
