Check Coolant Additive Message

I went by the dealer while I was in Az. The service advisor explained to me what the warning meant. Then reset it saying the mileage is too low to worry about it right now.

If I change my truck 06 6.0 over to the long life Red Coolant, will I have to check it with the test sticks?
