Well its good you didn't get out there a few seconds sooner and shoot what appears to be a 13 year old. As far as his "parents" coming to get him, maybe a parent. MAYBE. And thats the main reason he's out peering into vehicles looking for change or cigarettes to steal. The real issue is there are no consequences for what he's doing [or attempting] to do. When I was a kid my brother and I used to go to a farm about 2 miles from our house in the summer and now and again steal a watermelon on a hot day. We got caught. The farmer, who knew our dad, came to the house and spoke to the old man on the porch. Solution? For the next 2 weeks we picked watermelons and tomatoes and even bailed hay. Lesson learned. And then this guy kept us on as hired help till school started. I guess what I'm trying to say is the kids wrong, but there are so many of these kids in his "demo" that have no upbringing.
