The code is stored regardless if the CEL is still on or not..........you just need the right code reader to see it.

Autozone scanners will NOT read Ford Diesel Trucks!

It could also be a P1211 code with is ICP pressure above or below desired. They will come on with a chip. And will go off but it takes a little while usually.

Thats the one i was thinkin of, i just couldnt think of it at the time.... if i had to guess, i would guess this one, but till i can get a good enough scanner, dont know

isnt there a plug in "fooler" that will stop this code from happenin?

and until you get the codes read, you're wasting your money.
