OK so on my 2007 350 dump truck, it seems to be working alot harder latey towing the trailer and hauling loads. I was talking with my guys and they seem to think the cat is clogged. Trucks got 15k Miles. Anyone every experience a problem like this or have any other suggestions?

I wouldnt think the cat would clog in 15K miles, but you could just pull it out for a test run to prove the theory. 15K on an 07 isnt many miles, you might want to check the VGT vanes and make sure they arent sticking either.

I assume your talking about the turbo, the turbo is making more boost to which is why I am saying its working harder. What about the EGR valve could that play a roll? I dont drive the truck but the guys that does says that once it warms up it seem to work harder..

unplug the egr and see if it changes, you well get a check engine light/ cell light but for testing no problem

check the tail pipe and see if it has been damage or plugged up, on the cat pull the two bolts up front and look inside with a flashlight and see if it's clogged. I have never heard of a cat on a PSD getting clogged.
