Unfortunately, I do not have the stock '03 turbine wheel. A previous owner must have replaced the turbo because I counted 13 vanes the first time I took it apart to clean it (I've had it apart probably 5 or 6 times now total). But it still should sound better than it does right now, even with this wheel.
