Shackle Reversal?
I'm Confused about this subject, I spend alot of time with off road vehicles, a shackle reversal is where you move the piviot (hard mount) on leaf springs to the oposite end? In the front of a leaf spring vehicle the moving shackle is tword the radiator side of the axel and mounted solid to the frame in the rear, switching these positions is a shacle reversal. Done all the time on off road vehicles, not necessarily to gain hight, but to keep the springs from bending when you encounter an obstacle and try to go over it.
