Just got my 2005 6.0 smogged again every 2 years I guess. Passed 2 years ago and then again last week my second go around. I agree helps to have cat on and engine clean. I have exhaust w/ TB yet left the cat on. I have AFE Stage 2 required CARB Sticker - just contact manufacture they will send sticker that is all they wanted. No issue with guages.
I have Amp steps he saw the controller and thought it was a programmer - he didnt read the label- then when he asked if I had a programmer " I told him no way" - he was good to go- complimented on how clean it was signed off- for the second time- both times passed first time went to the same place.
