Hey everyone been a while since i have been on here, but I have some updates and work planned for this summer.... CAB SWAP!
Purchased a cab and doors and building a flatbed. Also will be replacing a bunch of stuff while the cab is off. I will include the list below:
*Hpop Lines (Already have the T-500 HPOP)
*Replace or rebuild IPR
*Icp
*Engine Wiring Harness
*Valve Cover gaskets and harnesses
*glow Plugs
*Rebuild EBPV
*Still contemplating the injectors. I know they need to come out for orings and maybe cups but not sure if I should purchased rebuilt stocks, rebuild them myself with the bitterroot kits, or increase to the 160/0 or 160/30s
*Either the KC Stage 1 or Stage 2 turbo
If I was to keep stock injectors, is there a big difference between the stage1 and stage2 turbos with the .84 housing? The stage 2 has a bigger turbine wheel at 73mm compared to the stage 1 at 68mm but with the housing being the same, does it make any sense to go with the stage 1 over the stage 2? (Truck has a manual trans)
