Not my truck... was in a hurry & didn't make it clear... (Sandqueen was calling..) the "my truck" line is from the photo website..

Sorry... before you can steal pictures from another site, you have to be smarter than the pictures..

Do they also take the cab off to service it??

WOW, i wouldn't want to have the cab lifted too many times. Seems like things would get loosed up and squeek alot over time.

This is why I asked you a few threads back if they pulled your cab when your truck was apart. Ford techs I'm friendly with say taking the cab off is way quicker and easier for head work, etc.

out of curiosity, ask the shop how much that would cost post-warranty. This is the primary reason I do not intend on owning a 2008 model.

This is only for MAJOR work and would be included in the labor i am sure.

I wouldn't imagine it to be much of a difference and might save some HOURS of the work depending ;)

It is VERY easy to do ;)
