None of my business, Bush, but the very fact that you were able to post this tells me your dealing with someone alot more reasonable than what you'll find at TDS. I read the thread rules at length after my awful "priceless" thread, and it is what it is. If you feel someone is getting a bad deal, maybe follow the thread and p.m. the "victim". I can see where someone would be pissed trying to sell anything if people were allowed to chime in about pricing. And I'll bet those complaints go directly to the mods.

their numbers are falling off and why THIS SITE is GROWING...

its hard to tell the BUYER the price is high AFTER they bought...

at this point i dont even care...the points made ! dont anyone

I dont remember anyone asking you specifically about the cheapest place out there to buy something. If they ask, they are asking basically everyone here.

If you tell them where you bought that particular item and the price, leave it up to them if they want to buy it there.

You did you're part, now its up to them. If they want to pay more, then thats their business.

If you don’t like the price or item being offered in for sale thread, take it to e-mail or PMs. Better still, just move on to a thread that is offering something you like the price on.

If you post a criticism of the price or the quality of the item being offered, you will be in violation of Forum rules and subject to sanctions.

Where did I accuse you of trying to hose somebody Don? My comment revolves around free market and capitalism, something that I think is very near and dear to your heart. To try to beat down other users who are selling widgets that you think are poor quality or overpriced is not your lot in life.

For crying out loud, we're talking about (in this case) an EGR cooler that might be $10.00 over priced or it might be a $100.00 savings depending on where you buy it. And this is a part for a truck that a guy spent between $36K and $58K for and you want to save someone 10 clams?

Or would you prefer I let folks run rampant in for sale threads and then when you post an item for sale let every member on this forum rail you and crap your thread up thus making it nearly impossible to vend an item?
