I went to ford to have them check out what was causing the Burp:dunno at around 1500 rpm ,or when accelerating up hill, I mentioned possible malfunctioning EBP( DaveBen commentary) , so they went an removed the turbo!!!. I noticed little chips on the vanes on the intake side . They cleaned up and checked the turbo , and re-installed it. So I will be there nice an early to go along in the road test.

They also mentioned the oil has to be changed at 5000 km(3000 miles) I do that in one month, not fully loaded around 1500 lbs with tools, and cab on the box, mostly highway. I could do 10,000ks with the other truck. What gives ! somebody encourage me .

Tell 'em to read the owners manual...my book says oil changes every 7500 miles. (i change it every 5k) and ive tested EVERY oil sample w/ blackstone
since the truck was new...im showing that im WELL w/ in the safe
zone (my conventional rotella oil is not breaking down) @ 5k miles per
change.

if ford thought it needed changing ever 3k they should have put it in
the book !
