Burning smell from the dash

When I have my wipers on for an extended period of time, I can smell a burning smell from my dash coming from the vents. NEVER happens unless the wipers are on....what would most likely be my problem? Wiring, motor, or MFS?

Yeah their have been a couple of other people who suggested that too. Any way to really rule it in or out as the culprit?

If I'm not mistaken there is a recall on 99+ trucks for that problem. Some trucks have burned down because of it. It was also a problem in the F150's. I would contact the dealership to find out forsure.
