I got the bumper back from paint this week. I wanted a tough paint so I had it painted with bedliner.
Bumper mounted...in the garage for front end dis assembly.
Grille and lights out....Gotta clean all the mud out
All cleaned up and painted all the metal around the lights
My tranny cooler and power steering cooler were always pluged after mudding. I decided to move them up to try to keep them cleaner. There was actually alot of mud between the tranny cooler and rad because it had nowhere to go, since both coolers sat on the rad support
re-located coolers and started to mount winch
Winch is mounted and you can see how much i moved the coolers. I was able to move the power steering up about a foot and the tranny cooler 8"
Everything re-assembled and working. I painted the grille and headlight trim satin black to match the bumper....I think it looks way better than the grey
I put 2 sets of PIAA lights in the bumper. 1 set of driving lights and 1 set of fog lights
Here is a crappy pic of them lit up at night
