Bumper flex?

I noticed today when I parked one front wheel on a grade that my bumper flexes into the body under articulation. the front bumper on the wheel up side was touching the body. I can even grab the corners of the bumper and move the up and down 1/2" Here are some pics of what I am talking about. The first is of the Driver side bumper upper support, it looks like it is missing a bolt. The passenger side is the same. The next 2 pics are normal and me pushing the bumper up (as if under articulation). Are everyones Super Duty's like this? With the bumper corner hitting the body, it looks to be taking off paint. Is this normal???

don't seem like thats normal to me black cloud. can't remember mine ever doin that. i guess it would be a good idea to tighten all the bolts and make sure none are missing.
