Where do you find the build date of the engine?

Ok, I went out and looked at the decal on the drivers side valve cover. Here is what was on it. AB2539 and 1FTWW32F41EB65498. So now my question is "when was my engine built and does it have powder or forged rods?".

The decal should have the build date printed on it.
