Break in period for 08

Any suggestions for do's , dont's for 08 f250 fx4x4, break in period? Had about one month, 400 miles.

400 miles.

I put 700 miles on mine in the first week.

I think for diesels it is somewhere around 8-10K miles... i am sure somebody (bush) will correct me if i am wrong.

Book and dealer said vary speed for 1000 miles, and no towing until 500 miles.

Just drive it. Don't worry about a break in time. Do like the manual says and you'll be fine.
