Probably because you need to have that one bolt installed through its hole also (don't forget it!!!!) prior to putting the pulley back on. Cheers!

Ha,
I finally just read your post...I did not know about the bolt first. I know it is bad but I just left it out. 10 Miles later and everything appears fine. I put it aside and will put it back in another 100K when this thing gives out again
