It's got about 8 but will drop to 3 when you push the pedal and release.

you should have atleast 15-20....so i would say it is time for a new vaccum pump....might not be a bad idea to check all the vaccum hoses for leaks before changing the pump....hope this helps

If I was buying it locally, I would have no problem buying a reman one, but if I was ordering it online I would try find a new one. It is a lot easier to take back a part to a store in town than it is to ship it back, and I have had quite a few reman parts be doa over the years, especially brake boosters and other components.
