My truck is supposed to have the factory tow package, but does not have a brake controller, so i want to put one in were is the plug to plug in the controller on these trucks?
Did they change the style of the plug from the OBS trucks to the super duties?

Thanks
Neal

Mine was strapped up beside the steering column right near the fuse panel. You will probably have to get a wiring loom in order to connect from the plug (factory wiring) to your brake controller. I bought a reese wiring loom from the local parts store when I connected mine.

Red,
First take the big fuse pannel cover under the steering wheel off. It has four fasteners holding it on. Now look on the right hand side of the large hole you just opened up and you will see a white plastic connector. It may be stuck up in your 'dash wiring nest' but it's there. If you have the Reese connector just plug it in and wire it to your controller and you will be good to go. You can buy the connectors at Wally World, Autozone or almost any parts house. Once you have it you will know what to look for under your dash.
Hope this helps.
