Well, I noticed a nice large leak coming from behind the driver side front tire. Turns out the driver side facing line out of the brake booster is leaking. I put a wrench on it to make sure it was tight and it was, but I still could move the line a bit as if it's bottoming out in the booster before it gets cranked tight. I did notice there is an o'ring on the fitting that appeared to be in good shape.
I only found one post out on the net that referenced some advice from a ford mechanic that indicated the line would need to be replaced if it started leaking and this had been pretty common on 06 models. That just seems crazy to me, but I've yet to prove that bit of information wrong.
Anybody ran into this one yet?
