my powerstroke has a rubber hose running out of the passenger side intake runner and into a little box on the firewall with electrical connectors hooked up to it, i guess this is the boost sensor? Anyways the rubber hose is dry rotted and broke can i just block it off or do i need to run a new hose? i heard that the boost sensor would start to defuel it if it exceeds 25psi and i would like to put a programer on it and run more than 25psi that is why i was wondering if i could just block it off.
