i don`t always use the metric system for everything....:D

thats ok...neither do we ;) and apparently neither does ford...
1/2 the freeking nuts and bolts on the truck are metric and the
other 1/2 SAE...and there doesnt seem to be any rhyme or reason
behind it.

GM does the same thing. My mom's yukon is a pyle if you ask me. I have found that mostly engine related bolts are standard and the body related bolts are metric.

I am seeing about 20 psi with a stock E-series 6.0.

Have you forgotten about the Torx bolts? Try finding a T-55 driver bit at 7:30 on a Sunday morning--it's a real treat, I tell you...:eek: :rant

hell it gets worse than THAT...you want a t55 or a t55-PLUS...ive wrecked
TWO case hardened t55's twisted one off and i STILL cant find a t55+
