bring it over ill drill and tap it...and we'll be done w/ this...til i have to work on
barts ;)

look real funny with a 3/4 inch plug after he messed up 3 times :roflmao Heck i got a cordless drill and my tap and die set in the truck. Just meet me on the side of the highway.

there are several companies that make an a/m elbow that's already tapped, but drilling and tapping yours is actually a very simple process.
i would remove the elbow before you do it of course. :)

well i hadn't really paid much attention to my boost on the highway until yesterday and like you said my boost hovers and fluctuates between 10-12psi. I drilled and tapped the intake and it is all tight. is this just because the new gauge is more sensitive than the stock so i hvent noticed this until the new gauge or is there somehing that i need to re-check. is this the flutterring yall were talking about. it is not a rapid flutter it just slowly moves back and forth. thanks - ck

Your boost will always be varying as the load on the engine changes, even going down a relatively flat highway.

Mine generally goes from 10 to 30 quite often :D

the movement of the gauge should be pretty smooth...
did you use teflon tape on all the thread fittings ?

when mine jumps around its usually cause i cracked the line
(accidently leaning on it) when i changed the oil.

check it for leaks.
