Bluetooth Harness

Who knows where I can get a blutooth wireharness that will work with the mute/phone button on my stock radio. I want to b able to use my phone this way while driving. I just think it is safer than holding it or having something stuck in my ear.

I cant even tell what they are selling. Is it a wiring harness? Is it a bluetooth setup? Does it work on any phone?
