Does anyone else have the issue where the radio will start playing the music from your bluetooth device automatically? Sometimes when I get in my truck it'll start playing whatever I was listening to on my phone. I've made sure to shut down the apps on my phone and turned off the auto start feature in the settings on the radio. It's extremely random so I'm not sure if it's something with my phone or the truck. I have a Galaxy S7 Edge.

I have no clue with the Ford system but isn't it funny just a few years ago we would never have had this question?? Technology!:D My truck came with an Alpine after market with all the Bluetooth features. It is nice especially answering the phone through the radio.

I liked the Bluetooth so much I installed a Kenwood head unit in my Cobra with it. No more wires running across the center console. And so far the hands free is working nicely. We'll see how well it works when I reinstall my aftermarket exhaust.

I have random stuff happen with my bluetooth quite often. I usually listen to Audible during my commute, but sometimes my phone decides to play random music from Spotify or the Samsung music app. I cannot figure out why. It's just a little annoying, but usually easy to fix. And I tend to think it's the phone more than Sync messing up. I have a GS6.

Try hitting the "Home" button and see if that clears out everything that might be playing. Works on iPhones.

I've had it do that in my Mercedes as well, I don't think it's a sync issue, I think once the phone sees a link, it assumes you want to play music. Probably a bad assumption, but who knows. There's probably an autoplay setting buried 5 layers deep you gotta find... My want to hit the Android forums and see what they have to say. I've never researched it to be honest.

I usually have to go in and select radio or Sirius. Depending on what I actually want to listen too.

I've wondered that too. I had an S4 before this and don't remember having this issue. But I didn't have that truck/phone combo as long as I've had this.
