hope its nothin serious max. take care of it real soon. i am now 35, and have been on 20mg of benicar for HBP for the last 4 years. if i go without it for more than 4 or 5 days, the old temper flares up easy and i start to feel alittle antsy.

gotta start walkin more each day and eat better too.

take care of your self there buddy, you gotta enjoy that new fiver when it comes in.

for my blood pressure (and I'm probably the youngest of ya'll), I get 20mg Prozac, 20 mg wellbutrin, and 20mg atenolol evry day...

keeps me from having a bad attitude (yeah right) also...

max, get you one of those automatic blood pressure takers, keep a check on it over the next few weeks, so you can see what kinda mileage your gettin on the new meds.

We purchased a blood pressure monitor and we are taking a reading every hour. So far everything has been good. The highest today was 167 over 90 which is not good, but way better than yesterday. Normal is around 120 over 70.
