The plug for the block heater is exposed in the front of the vehicle,
beneath the grille. Vehicles equipped with a Diesel engine have the
plug exposed on the passenger side of the vehicle.

you likely did NOT get a cord....the CORD became an
OPTION on most superduty diesel trucks since about 2005.

IS installed in the block of
EVERY diesel
engine from the factory...once you confirm that you are
missing the
cord, you can buy the cord <
cheapest> off the net (ebay and ford
parts retailers on the web)...your local ford dealer will have it for
considerably more than than the 25-30 bucks most are buying 'em for.
