Biodiesel percentages??

I have a 94 F-350 and I have been running B99 without any problems...should I be concerned? It is $3.35/gallon here, while B20 is $4.35/gallon, and No. 2 is $3.40....so without hesitation, I have been buying B99. My truck has a stock Fuel Filter Heater on it, so I'm not so worried about coagulation. Nowadays (in my area), B99 has an additive that prevents coagulation also.

What I'm worried about is my fuel lines? they are stock and I don't know what they are made of, should I upgrade?

just keep an eye on the two lines coming from the regulator that are inside the currigated plastic covers. They will get soft and wet looking. The rubber will be deteriorating and you will need teflon lines in SS braids. They are pretty cheap - I paid $26 total for my lines made while I waited.

Diddo on what everybody is saying about the fuel lines. If I were you I would just go ahead and change them out and not worry about it anymore. 30 miles each way to fill up, I would have a 55 gallon drum with me and I can't believe ya'll are paying $2.34 per gallon, I stop in Houston yesterday and the Bio station and it was $2.60 per gallon. That is why I perfer to make my own. Much easier.

I'm here in Spring and would really like to see your homebrew set up. Let me know if that's a possibility.
I've taken the class at Houston Biodiesel and used to buy fuel from them until diesel became cheaper in my area. I've just not gotten over the hump to start my own production of BD.

Wonder what they are putting in B99 as an anti gell? They must be keeping it a secret! I have found nothing that treats that high of a percentage.
