32 Gallons of Diesel @ $2.49.9 = $79.97
8 Gallons of 100% Soybean Oil @ $2.88 = $23.04
$103.01 for 40 Gallons

40 Gallons of That mixture would average $2.57.5 per gallon!!

I have often thought of doing this myself. Does it have to be used veg oil to be used? Has anyone done this?

I use (SVO-VVO) Straight Vegetable Oil-Virgin Vegetable Oil!! At Sam’s it $2.88 a gallon.

There was speculation on some of the SVO/Bio sites about new oil having gum left in it that would, well, gum things up. From what I could find, the specs for US production oil pretty much call for all of it to be removed. I've ran new oil, probably about 40-50 gallons when I started. No problems noticed.
