What amount of time with a competent wrench would it take to uninstall the aftermarket and reinstall the factory components?

Most likely about 1 to 2 hours to put it and reinstall it.

It took me a leisurely two hours to do the deletes. Only difficult part is lifting the DPF. It is heavy.
